CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period

- Minimum notice period: 7 days' ( A week) written notice for cancellations or schedule changes
- Notice method: Clients must notify us via email 24hchildcare@representative.com or through call to ‪+1 (417) 318-4228‬

Cancellation Fees

- Cancellation within 7 days' notice: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice: 50% of the scheduled fee these applies to subscription plans only.

Exceptions

- Emergency situations: We may waive cancellation fees for documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances
- Illness or hospitalization: We’ll waive fees or offer rescheduling options with documentation proof.

Refund Policy
- Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Changes to Policy
- Notification: We will notify clients of any changes to this cancellation policy with 30 days notice.
